Forager Gin

Long treks through the dunes and rugged coastal fauna, breathing in the scent of wildflowers as they sway softly in the sea breeze. To sip this gin is to taste what living in NE Tassie feels like.

It’s full of locally found and foraged ingredients that we harvest ourselves, including lemon myrtle, kunzea and Tassie pepperberry.

The result is a bright citrus bouquet that’s smooth and fresh on the palate; something you’ll want to enjoy over and over again.

Lavender Gin

Ever wandered through a lavender field? Stretched out your hands and let your fingertips brush the tops of the bushes? Breathed in that deep, seductive aroma? Lost your eyes in a sea of washed violet?

We’ve got something like it. Starting with classic gin ingredients then finished with subtle notes of lavender and soft sweet rose.

Coastal Gin

This is the coastal holiday you won’t forget – one of rock hopping and sandy toes, swimming all day and fish n chips at dusk. It’s a long summer by the beach, but in gin form.

Infused using locally sourced aquatic botanicals with scents of orange and ocean spray, salt water and summer berry. This fresh and bright gin will leave you longing for a trip back to the sea side.
