Crafted from our signature coastal gin and steeped with hand-foraged sloe berries from Launceston and Longford regions, this rich, fruit-forward spirit captures the wild character of Tasmania’s inland hedgerows. The slow maceration draws out deep plum colour and bold berry flavours, while daily turning ensures a vibrant, even infusion.
Bright aromas of red plum and wild berries lead into a silky palate of sweet strawberry, dark fruit, and a hint of coastal herbs.
Smooth and gently syrupy, it’s perfect neat, over ice, or with soda. The finish is long, clean, and delicately spiced, a refined expression of Northern Tasmania’s terroir.
